I found Hole 5 in Britannia to be very easy for this. From the starting position, move up your aim enough so there's just a little bit of room between the projection line and the small trees on top of the hill in the background. Then, hit the ball hard enough so you have the first line of overdrive filled. Presto! Took me two or three times to get it just right.

This is another trophy which you are likely to get as you play through the holes in the game. For this you will need to hit the hole with your first shot. One of the early holes in which this is possible is Hole 4 on Britannia. The video below shows how to do this:
