To collect gold coins on a hole you simply need to have your ball pass through them.
Britannia Hole One will be the easiest to unlock this on as it has exactly 20 gold coins that are easy to reach and in plain view.
You do not need to collect all 20 in one go, you can do multiple runs if you so wish.

The easiest hole to complete this for is Britannia hole 1 as there are exactly 20 coins on this hole. So simply strike the ball at all the coins then finish off the hole to unlock this trophy. Make sure to take full advantage of all the items in your inventory to collect the more tricky coins!
