For this trophy you are required to complete the '1up' objective on one of the holes which is achieved by completing the minimum 'Skill Score' for a course. The easiest hole to do this would be Hole 1 on Britannia as you are only required to get 10,000 points.
An easy way to get that score is to get a few under par, alternatively you could go about collecting coins and the crate on the hole instead as I got around 17,000 doing so.

The easiest level to complete this hole is probably the 1st hole as you only need 10,000 skill points, whereas on nearly all of the later levels in the game you will need 100,000.
