On Training 5: Water Hazards you can get this if you use the Skip Go instead of the Plughole so be careful it's quite the golden opportunity! Getting in a situation like this is very common throu out the campaign so don't worry. You can get this from Versus mode or online aswell. Only thing you have to do is to stand in water for five turns, which drains your health by -5 health each turn (for a total of 25 health).
