I suggest you do the Single Player missions first. After that, go into Customization menu and give ammo to Buffalo, Poison Gun, Lightning and Crate Strikes and use them in Versus. You can get this trophy without having the DLC if you have a friend or random online that have the Mars DLC that will give you the weapons aswell.
