How to unlock the Join Me Luke achievement in Worms Ultimate Mayhem - Definitive Guide

Simply wait until a health crate drops and collect it with one of your Worms. This will give him +25 health. Make sure to win the ranked deathmatch game and prevent this Worm from taking too much damage.
If you're having trouble getting this legit you can try to boost it. The only problem with boosting is that ranked online matches can't be limited to 2 players / 1vs1. Every lobby has room for 4 players. But as soon as 2 players are in the same lobby a 25 sec. countdown will start. If noone else joins in the meantime the game will start with only 2 players. Skip turns until the health crate drops and whoever is going for the achievement must collect it. Then the other player has to loose / choose "Surrender" / quit the game for the achievement to unlock.

I was able to get this with just 2 players, but it had to be on 1 of the 5 new maps. I did several 2 person matches but was NOT on the new maps and it did not pop. I believe the 5 new maps for this DLC are:
"1001 Fights" Pictured as -> 2 pylons with tower in middle
'End of the Line" Pictured as -> Black train Enginew/ shed in back
"Hard Days Night" Pictured as -> open capsule in stone house
"Towering Infernal" Pictured as -> Red sheep on top of house
"Tyranno-Saw-Us" Pictured as -> dinosaur eating green car(right)
