The description for this trophy is slightly misleading, as you must also create all utilities in addition to the weapons. Furthermore, it's extremely likely that you won't unlock this naturally.

Set up a local match and creating your own scheme based on full wormage as this gives access to every base weapon in the game; you can do this from the customisation option in the main menu. You also want to set crafting crates drop rate to at least 75% per turn so you can replenish your materials, and set each Crafting materials amount to Lots.

When you start the game, begin crafting every single item starting from the Bazooka working all the way until Worm Stinger. Bear in mind you have to create the 'base' weapon of each type even though they are already in your inventory; for example, the standard Bazooka, Grenade, Fire Punch and so on must be crafted.

You can also track your progress by clicking on your profile in the menu and scrolling over to Recipes to see what you have or haven't crafted.
