In order to unlock this trophy, you must customise your own team of worms using items unlocked as part of Sweat Shop.

You must specifically customise your team's Hat (outfit), Gravestone, Speechbank, Fanfare and Victory Dance. You can see what items count by going in to your profile then Rewards. I used the Dragon Outfit, Drill Instructor Speechbank, Robot Dance, Cryo Gravestone and Pirate Fanfare.
