How to unlock the Wheeler Dealer achievement in Wreckfest - Definitive Guide

You should get this naturally playing through the career as you get some cars added to your garage (i.e. limo) doing certain events and you usually have to buy a few cars to enter certain events due to entry criteria (i.e. Class B Euro region car required). I got this about midway through the 2nd career challenge category.
