How to unlock the Mistress of the Night - Huang Yan achievement in WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers - Definitive Guide
Boss difficulty: 8/10
Elevator difficulty: 6/10
Seriously, don't forget to put the elevator back before you die to the boss, because when you come back to try to face the boss again, the elevator will be down there and your frustration will increase more and more.
Recommended Build: Empyrean Axe +5 and Lifesteal buff (Powerpyx Build)
Be at least level 50!
My battle and some strategies: I buffed my weapon before entering the arena and waited for the boss to teleport to my left/right side. Sometimes the boss teleports behind you, so it's better to die and try again. Sometimes the boss starts with a ranged attack using corruption, so it's better to die and try again. You need good RNG and a lot of luck.
Make this mental note: NEVER ATTACK THE BOSS FROM THE FRONT. ALWAYS FROM THE BACK.
She uses two very powerful attacks from the front: Ice breath and a corruption attack (basically one hit kill, or close to it). Always try to get behind the boss and charge up a heavy attack with
.
When you backstab the boss, she'll fall. Count to 4 and charge another heavy attack. If you're lucky, she'll fall again. Repeat this process until your luck runs out and she breaks out of your loop.
In the second phase, she transforms into a monster a few times, but these attacks are easy to dodge. Keep trying to attack her from behind with the lifesteal buff to ensure you don't die. Try to predict some of her movements to charge an attack before she even attacks (you gain knowledge after dying 50x, I never said it would be easy).
As I said, with good RNG and a lot of luck, following the Axe build with the lifesteal buff, you'll be able to defeat this boss eventually. Good luck!

You can cheese her using the door to stuck her right there, just go to the door and wait for her, when she stay in the door just go to the other side, you can spam aoe attacks or range weapons like spear or 2H sword, try to beat her fast because you got a lot of damage from her aoe attacks on second phase.
