This is easy enough...

You should already have custom content that you created for the Arena Designer, Unique Original Story, and Custom Logo Wizard achievements that you can use for this achievement.

Just go to "xbox live" - "Community Creations" section of Xbox LIVE and upload one of these items.

Might wanna add that you HAVE to have the Axxess pass to post stuff. The 7 day trial only works for matches

Simply upload one of the creations you made earlier and add a unique keyword so it will be easy to find when you go for the You've Got Fans achievement.

Unfortunately, this achievement is now unattainable as of Oct 29, 2013. If you just got around to this game/achievement like myself, you are out of luck.

Server shutdowns really annoy me. Even more annoying, the game asked for my Axxess Pass code and it let me enter the code, download the pass, and then told me the servers were down.
