Easiest way to do this would be, to win the Royal Rumble. After you win the Royal Rumble, you must wait until after the Elimination Chamber PPV. You will select your opponent at a special Royal Rumble winners match on Raw the week after. You attack either the WWE Champ, or the World Heavyweight Champ to select your opponent for WestleMania. In my attemps to get this achievement, I think that you have to wrestle the WWE Champ to get the achievement, when I wrestled for the World Heavyweight Championship, it was the first match on the match card. It must be the last match on the match card.
