ok so if you won't to win on hard all you after do is go to the options in the main menu turn down all ai settings for reversals put the difficulty to hard save the settings go to story mode make a normel 1 on 1 match set your opponents health so all body parts are red (note before saveing your story you can earn another 3 or 4 achievements here "Submission Specialist" "Professional Material" "Legend Status Accomplishments" and if you have unlocked edge you can earn a fourth achievement a secret one called "Thank You Edge")
All you do to get all four is copy the above method but copy n paste the match in story mode back to back 50 times make sure the setting for the match is set to hard and the entrances are off and the winning scene is off and your opponents body healths in red in the story mode settings also as soon as the match starts press a down till you grab your opponent into a breaking point submission do this 50 times wolla achievements should start poping half way thru doing this and if you have unlocked edge use edge to get a 4th achievement for playing 37 matchs with edge hope this guide helps you

There's no real secret to this - if you can't win on hard yet, just keep practicing. It's especially useful to work on getting better at reversing moves. If you're close, but can't quite seem to do it, another thing that might help is selecting an opponent with low stats (or possibly even making one by way of CAW). This will work in Universe OR in exhibition.
