My method is by far the quickest.

Choose hard in the options, and then reduce the AI slide to the lowest, then your players sliders all the way to the top.

When this is done, choose any superstar (if you have unlocked Edge then you can choose him and this will clear the "thank you Edge" achievement also) and then choose a poor superstar.

Choose single match, normal match.

Now in the screen were both superstars are, before starting the match go to match options, turn off the ring entrance options. Keep going across in the options and choose "perform finisher to finish match" the beauty of this is, you only have do your finisher and you will finish the match, and after you have win, restart match.

Now the easiest to get your finisher super quick is to follow the following steps.

Grapple using the A button, ten when n the hold press. RB and then Y. Repeat this over and over and after dong this for the 6th time roughly, it will prompt you to press Y again. If you are using edge this will be a DDT. Now when your man is on the. Mat, take edge in the corner, press Y again...and there you go, match over!!

Thanks to R0gu3Mav3r1ck for explaining the slider trick. Now, how to get all of the matches done quickly? You can accomplish this when setting up one single match. I used edge as my active wrestler and beat the crap out of David Otunga. In the match rules option on the match-up screen, turn off pinfall, turn off ring out, turn off dq, and turn on first blood. This turns the match into a first blood match. With Otunga as your opponent, you only need to do 10 moves to win, with an average match length of 45 seconds.
A quick summary of the match: bell rings, running grapple otunga 5 times in a row. when he stays down on the mat, right stick up to pick him up and left and grapple for a spike ddt. Do this 4 more times and he will bleed. Hit rematch, and you will restart the slaughter, which can be repeated ad nauseum until you pop all of the possible achievos (one hard win, 20 hard wins, 37 wins with edge, and 50 hard wins). I think that this is the easiest, albeit cheesiest, way to accomplish these achievements in about an hour.

The easiest way I believe which is working for me is to first custom make your show make sure you have the following so you can take care of three or more cheevo's.
1. Make 50 moments all matches
2. User Edge vs. Santino Com (takes care of playing as Edge 37x)
3. When creating your match add a custom arena with a logo. two more achievements there.
4. Make Santino's health 0% in all categorys by highlighting his name after selecting him and pressing Y
5. Match type is up to you but if you haven't unlocked the submission ones make twenty of them Submission matches. And the rest Extreme rules to take care of the ones for breaking 50 chairs, tables and ladders. 3 more achievements there. But match types are up to you.
5. Match conditions Hard and custom arena
6. Press Y to save your show. Create a story achievement.
7. Play all the matches and win Santino will be so weak it all you have to do is get him on the mat you will get the win with ease.
The following achievements should unlock:
1. Beserker
2. Wildman Of The Ring
3. The Art Of Submission
4. Submission Specialist
5. Unique Original Story
6. Challenger
7. Professional Material
8. Legend Status Accomplishments
9. Thank You Edge
There you go a nice set of cheevos waiting for you

Go to story creator, create a match 1vs1 with Edge (so you can go for the Thank You Edge achievement as well) against a jobber (Otunga, Santino, Slater...).

Press Y on the jobber and set his health to all red.
Go to match options and set the difficulty to hard (it will be "normal" by default!), no entrances, no post match celebration.

Do the same to create more matches in the same show, until you're tired.
Then just copy the same show all over the calendar until you reach about 50 matches.

Save the story, then play it.

Running grapple, pinfall (or submission, if you're going for the Submission achievement as well) and match is over. About 4 seconds. Then you'll go immediately to the following match and so on... if the story ends just play it again until the achievement pops up.

PS this achievement is cumulative, I think they added "in one session" cause they had issues last year with the 1004 moves so we can't complain it's bugged.

I found the QUICKEST method:

STEP 1 - Select Create-A-Story
STEP 2 - Select First Blood Match
STEP 3 - Set your opponent's damage level to 0%
STEP 4 - Set difficulty to 'Hard' (or Legend)
STEP 5 - Set 'Start the Match Immediately' to ON
STEP 6 - Set 'Victory Scene' to OFF
STEP 7 - Select 'Match Rules'
STEP 8 - Set 'Entrance' to OFF
STEP 9 - Copy & Paste (HINT: Select 'Copy/Paste Multiple' to speed up the process)

Once you've got 50 matches, 'Save' and play the story.

At the start of the match, take down your opponent. Press B to bloody his head and you win. The next match will start automatically and do the same 49 more times.

Not sure of how much time it will take as I unlocked the achievement sooner than I expected. I do know that each match should not take you more than 7 or 8 seconds. If anyone follows this method, be sure to time yourself and let me know.

ALSO! Check for any other possible achievements that you can also get while doing this.
e.g.

I don't mean to piss on anyone's parade, but I got this one in my first victory of a fresh session... I have easily won 50 matches before that - but not all in the one session.

So apparently it doesn't neccessarily have to be in one session, but I don't know exactly why I got it, so this is not a solution more of a footnote to above solutions.

This one is very long winded, I got it in about 1 1/2 - 2 Hours, Create a CAW and turn his sliders all the way down to 1 making it easier (and quicker) to beat him, once you have beaten him just choose a rematch and repeat 49 times.

NOTE: It MUST be on Hard and you have to do it in ONE sitting.

You can also get the 20 Submissions Achievement doing this by winning 20 matches with Submissions.

Go to XBOX Live > WWE Community Creations > Download > Press X to search > Keyword(s) > type in ACHIEVEMENTS in the search box and there will be a story you can download created by myself.

There are 50+ matches, all on Hard, all with you playing as Edge, all of them with facing a severely weakened David Otunga as your opponent, so you only have to do a finisher to win the match and all of them in FREE BRAWL mode.

As long as you do a finisher against a different area out of the 44 each time, by the 44th, you will get an achievement for doing so. Win another 6 matches and you will get the "50 Wins on Hard" achievement. You should get the other 3 before these 2 achievements

Easy to do! Set up 50 brawl matches on create a story mode.
Make sure all of them have the difficulty on hard. Put your opponents body damage to 0% (can be done where you select your opponent) also choose Edge as your character.
Now to win you just have to whip your opponent at a KO point and hit him with a grapple. You'll win instantly. If you use each KO point you'll get and extra achievement. There are 44 in total here are the locations:
