Pretty basic stuff - just create a story in the story creator using an arena or superstar you also created.
As a fun little way to kill two (or three!) birds with one stone, see my guides for "Submission Specialist" and "Professional Material" - both of which use a created story to make these long, cumbersome achievements much easier to get. Do this with the first story you create, on hard, and win all by submission, and you can net 3 achievements in one swoop.

You should also note that the custom superstar can NOT be a custom superstar that was downloaded previously.

Go into the story creation mode and set up a match with your CAW, press 
, then save. As soon as it is finished saving, you will get the achievement.
Note: You can't use a downloaded CAW for this - it must be your own creation.
