This SHOULD be pretty self explanitory: go into Creations, then into 'Logo', make a logo (however simple or complicated as you may choose), save it and the achievement pops. However, I unlocked this one last night and the XBox Live scanners don't seem to be picking it up, even though it shows on my gamercard on the XBox, so there may be a minor glitch involved. I will edit this when it appears to be cleared up.
Also, a bit of advice: A quick guide to maximize the number of achievements earned in a couple of minutes:
1. Go to creations > logo. Make a simple logo (mine was a black dot).
2. Go to creations > arena. Make a simple arena doing nothing but putting the logo on something, such as the apron, and save it - This pops the 'Paint Tool Magician' achivement.
3. Play an exhibition match in the arena (If you're ready to play on legend, set it that way and play either a current superstar against his attitude era version or vice versa for those achievements as well) - This pops the 'The Ring Is My Home' achivement.
4. During that match, keep attacking one body part (hold RB in the grapple and press the button that corresponds to that body part). - This pops the 'Fighting Smart' achivement upon the 10th move done to the same body part.
Also, do any of the following you haven't done yet....
- Execute your comeback combo (after getting beaten up quite a bit you'll be prompted to press Y to activate the comeback state, then again to begin the combo, then hit the buttons as they appear on the screen) - This pops the 'Comeback!' achievement
- When your opponent is ready to be beaten, use a wake-up taunt (with a finisher stored, knock your opponent down and press up on the D-pad) then hit your finisher (Y) and immediately pin them (B) to win. - This pops the 'A winning combo' achievement).
......If you do this set up first, or fairly early, in the game you'll unlock quite a few achievements within one match.

This is a bit misleading, the trophy description is a bit unclear on what you have to do. Basically all you need to do is go to WWE Creations -> Logo and create an original logo. Save that, and then apply it to any original creation (this could be an arena, ring, championship etc.)

You can create a logo from Create>logo, or download once from Community Creations. The achievement will pop once you add the logo to either a Custom arena or to a Custom Superstar.
