This is pretty self explanitory, but just to clarify because some people always end up asking this: yes, this IS cumulative (I unlocked it the first time I broke a table in my most recent match). My suggestion for getting it done quickly is to completely ignore ladders, stick to tables and chairs. For tables, DO NOT do the table match as they take much longer to break this way. The fastest way to break tables is to do an Extreme Rules or TLC match and just keep leaning them up against the corner, whipping your opponent into it then using a running strike to put them through.
