This is a story based achievement for beating the third out of five chapters in wrestlemania mode.
It's pretty much unmissable. And if you're trying to do all the historical objectives I'll just give you this one kind of spoilery warning:
For the last match in the chapter 3 (the attitude era)
For the fourth objective you have to hit the rock with the chair Vince throws in when he's critical.
For me, the game glitched, and Vince wouldn't throw any chairs in.
If that happens just do the match again.
