This is fairly straight forward, more so than it sounds.
You just need to defeat 30 guys in one match in defend the streak (accessed via the streak menu within the 30 years of Wrestlemania mode).
It seems, to me at least, that all the people that are sent into the ring to face you are underpowered compared to how they would be in a proper match so you can finish guys off pretty quickly.
Concentrate on moves which target the head - running and pressing A does a DDT which deals plenty of damage, and hitting X while running performs a nice lariat. When the opponent is down, go to where his head is, hold LB and then press A to perform a head targeting move. You should be able to defeat most opponents within 90 seconds doing this. Rinse and repeat for each opponent.
This mode is helped by the fact that you regenerate some of your health after 5 opponents.

This is the same as The Deadman trophy, except you'll need to defeat 30 Superstars in a row. At this point it's still very easy to do, so don't think of this trophy as too daunting.

Same as "The Deadman" but requires 30 victories.
