Select the 5th option on the main menu "Creations." Then select "Community Creations" Press 
once to the "Upload" section. Press 
on the first empty bronze spot. An upload window will appear showing "Custom Superstars" and "Custom Move-Sets." I selected my custom superstar (that I also made in the creations menu). It will automatically upload when you select it. Achievement unlocked.

This achievement is no longer obtainable because the WWE 2k15 servers have been taken down permanently.

Is it possible to unlock it using A.I. or by playing with friends even if the servers are closed?

There are a few ways to get this but how I got it was I created my custom superstar that I was going to import to MyCAREER and I just uploaded him to Community Creations. That simple.
