I was having a bit of trouble with this achievement at first. What i did was go to the gameplay options and put the game on easy difficulty. I also turned stamina off. This made it a lot easier for me

You do not have to complete the match. I started as the #1 entrant and sent several people over the ropes, and through them (got to about the 20th man in the event) then paused the game to talk to my wife, who had just came home, and the achievement popped when I paused the game. Then I exited out without winning.

You don’t have to throw yourself out, you can also assist other wrestlers.
