This seems to be slightly more difficult than previous years, as I've yet to find a way to simply roll the guy onto the table (if somebody points it out, I'll edit this) however, there's still one tried and tested method. When you have a finisher stored, clear off the announce table with RB, then irish whip or strike them into it to trigger the Y-Button "OMG Moment". You may need a skill to do this, but I did it with one of the most generic guys in the game so if he has it, I'm assuming most (if not all) characters do.

It should be noted that you have to tear the table apart with LB first or the option for the OMG moment will not appear.

Thanks. I've played so many of these games I sometimes take for granted that what seems obvious to me won't necessarily to others. I've edited to include that.

The best way to get this achievement is to make sure you have a wrestler who can interact with the environment. In this case, I just used Dean Ambrose versus Xavier Woods in an Extreme Rules match. Beat on him for a while and once you have a Signature, wait on it. Soon it'll turn into a Charged Finisher within 20 seconds or so.
Once you have that, use LB to tear off the TVs from the announce table and then grapple your opponent with A and use both bumpers at the same time to whip your opponent into leaning against the table. An OMG moment icon should appear, use it and you'll hit a DDT through a table and the achievement will have unlocked.
