Basics:
You must be playing as Roman Reigns with Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose as your tag team partners.
You can do this in a 6-man tag/elimination tag match.
You must have a stored finisher like the guy in the video says. Even though he did it on the 360 version it still works fine for the One version.

Just a tip. You cant do this with human partners. You can control your partners but you must be the only human playing

how can do this with a friend playing on a 2nd controller on the same system? Is it even possible?

Do this in an Exhibition 3 on 3 tag match. Choose Roman Reigns as your wrestler and Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins as your tag partners. Beat on your opponent until he's face up on the ground and you have a finisher stored. Walk up to his head and the triangle button should change from FINISHER to OMG!. Press triangle and you'll do the triple powerbomb.
