Step 1: From the main menu select the WWE Universe mode and press 
Step 2: Go to the Customize Universe tile and press
Step 3: Go to Edit Superstars and press
Step 4: Choose any wrestler(I chose Brock Lesnar) and press
Step 5: Go down to Personality traits. and press
Step 6: Choose 2 traits and nearly max them out (Leave one notch before they are maxed)
Step 7: Play a match and since it's nearly max it should reach it in the match if you do actions associated to that behavior. I chose aggressive and disrespectful and went to town on the opponent with chairs.

WWE UNIVERSE > CUSTOMISE UNIVERSE > EDIT SUPERSTARS
SELECT JOHN CENA
SCROLL DOWN TO PERSONALITY TRAITS > RAISE THE AGGRESSIVE BAR UNTIL IT IS ONE CLICK AWAY FROM BEING MAXED OUT.
GO TO PLAY MATCHES (STILL WITHIN WWE UNIVERSE) CHOOSE ANY MATCH ON THE LIST AND PRESS RB, CHOOSE TO CUSTOMISE MATCH (this will take you out of the wwe universe)
CHOOSE ONE ON ONE > NO HOLDS BARRED.
Select JOHN CENA and any other wrestler.
Now, Beat the holy bejesus out of the other guy using as many weapons, dirty tactics as you can and get the pin. Exit the match.
Go back to Edit Superstar and you should see the Agressive trait is now maxed. When you click Accept and the Achievement will pop.

Did exactly what you suggested and worked great. Achievement unlocked after I exited the match, did not have to go back to Edit Superstar. +1

Go to edit superstars from within Universe mode and select whoever you want to use. Go to personality and nearly max the all traits out (leaving just one notch before they're maxed out). I think it's best to use aggressive since it means weapons. Next play a no-DQ match and have a weapons fight.

While in the WWE Universe mode, go to "Customize Universe" and then "Edit Superstars". Pick any wrestler you want and go down to personality traits in the listing. Raise the trait of disrespectful and aggressive until there is only one point left to go. Press 
to accept the changes and then create a match with that superstar. I suggest making a one on one match where there is no DQ. Use chairs or any type of weapon you desire and beat your opponent senseless.
