How to unlock the Enter Like a Champ achievement in WWE 2K16 - Definitive Guide

The above solution is really unclear so here is my explanation.
Firstly, on the main menu go to Creations, then select Championship
Finally Custom Championship. Make an adjustment or two to the belt and when finished name it so it is easy finding it and save
Now Come out of Creations and back at the Main Menu select Play
Select any type of match and when you reach the next screen choose two memorable fighters, I went with Andre the Giant and Ultimate Warrior. With your fighters selected now Press Y for match options. This allows you to make the fight a title match. Keep pressing RB until you hit custom championship and select the belt that you just recently made.
As this is a brand new belt and no-one has won it yet, you need to quickly get through this match so that it can be awarded to one of the fighters. You can either win the match or allow yourself to be quickly pinned, what is important is to just make sure the belt is won. When the match is over go back to the menu and create another match.
Make sure that the wrestler who won the title in the previous fight is selected and select any other wrestler. Also make sure that you have ENTRANCES TURNED ON, Start the match and watch the whole entrance without skipping ahead. You will now see the custom belt you created on whichever wrestler who won it in the previous fight. As soon as the entrance scene is finished - pop goes the achievement
I hope this solution helped. I don't normally write out guides however their was a lack of clear instructions on other solutions which was frustrating.

Step 1
Create a custom championship belt in WWE Creations. After you've saved your newly created belt, go to My WWE > Title Management >
to Custom Championship > Select your newly created belt > Assign the belt to some Superstar > 
to save your change.
Step 2
Go to the main menu > Play > One on One > Normal > Select the Superstar that you just assigned to your custom belt > Select another Superstar as the opponent > Press
for Options > Make sure entrance is ON > to accept > to start the match.
Step 3
Don't press a single button after this until the referee calls for the bell to start the match.

First you have to go to Creations & make a custom championship. Put the belt on a wrestler. Then go to the Play section & start a match with the title holder. Press
to bring up match options. Make the match a title fight for the custom belt. Now all you have to do is watch the entrance with the belt holder to unlock the achievement. In this video is the entrance with the custom championship & it shows the achievement unlock.

First you will want to create a custom championship. Go to WWE Creations and then Championship. Select custom championships and then hit 
to accept. This will save a custom championship. You can edit it if you like, but this is quicker.
Go to My WWE and then Title Management. Press
until you reach custom championships and assign your created championship to any superstar and hit to accept. Go to "Play" and select any kind of match and pick your the superstar you assigned the belt to. Once you have selected all superstars, make sure the entrances are selected "On". Then start the match. Watch your champion's entrance scene, and once it is over, the trophy will pop.
