I did this in 2 on 2 due to 3 on 3 constantly dropping out.
Just go to Online > Team Up and invite someone, This is best done with boosting partners.
If you're boosting just knock your opponent down and pick up the win.

Looking to do this achievement legit or boosting doesn't matter as long as you're not 12 years old god damn

Got it in under a minute.
Boosting Method:
What you do is get 3 other players to boost to make it a 2 vs 2 match. Once you get three is are the steps for both teams. Meaning both teams have to have the same setup other wise it will not work:
- Send a friend request to one of the players. Have the other 2 players send a friend request to each other.
- Accept the request
- Click on Xbox Live, Team up
- Send a invite to the player that you sent a friend request to.
- Pick a diva
- Click on Hell in the Cell, TLC, or Elimination Tag ( I chose Hell in the Cell)
- Knock down the opponent and pin to get the win
- Repeat for the other team
Remember: both teams have to pick the same type of match otherwise it will not work.

Achievement is unlock able as servers aren't working... Which means unfortunately, I've played my last 2K, if not wrestling game period. It's a crap company if they can't release a game with a mode that never actually works...

You will need someone on your friends list with the game in order to get this trophy. If you don't have someone to help you, ask for help in the boosting thread here. Go to "WWE Online" and select "Team Up" and then invite your friend(s) to the match. Win it, and the trophy will pop.
