This is an automatic rivalry set in the MY CAREER mode. It's part of the rivalry tutorial. It initiates automatically through the various tutorial parts. If you play the MY CAREER mode, you'll get it.

This is practically unmissable. Tyler Breeze will be the person you are facing when you are introduced to the rivalry and ally stats. It will also have you run in on one of his matches to show you how to use the run-ins in the tutorial.

Just keep running in on his matches and picking him as your target and you will get him as a rival.
