Ok not really any secret to doing this but there are a few things to look out for. I would just do reversal one after another until the match was 5 stars, then I would finish it and move to a new match. Again a few things to look out for :
1)Firstly go to your options and turn off limits reversals. I did my first 40-50 without doing this and it was painful. Just makes no downtime for waiting for reversal points to add up.
2)This must be done in PLAY mode. Not universe. I did about 100 reversals in universe before realizing this and made no progress towards my achievement. I used a counter add to track how many I had done.
3)Any reversal Brock does will count (irish whip, push away or any other reversal)
4)Not sure if this worked or not however I did the achievement against Arn Anderson. I went into the stats and lowered everything he has for stats and his total was 37 and it seemed to make it easier to get a lot more reversals.

You can do this in Universe mode by the way. I was going for the 50 wins (in universe) at the same time as the 200 reversals to make it easier.

I actually got this achievement in online when I was boosting my wins.

This one is easy enough, just a bit grindy. Change the gameplay balancing to make reversals easier, start a match as Brock Lesnar and let your opponent attack you, reversing every time. If you prefer, just keep playing matches until you get this naturally.
