Step 1: Get a Custom Championship
You can either create a Custom Championship or download one that someone else has made, which is faster.
From the main menu:
-Community Creations/Downloads
-Press
for Filter Select
-Category/Championships
-Press to Search
-Select a Championship and choose to Download it.
Step 2: Win the final match of your Custom Championship
Finding where to play your custom Championship is the hard part! It's extremely unintuitive.
From the main menu:
-Play/Tournament
-Select One on One or Two on Two, whichever matches a Custom Championship you have. One on One is faster.
-Choose New
-Select Championship
-Use
or 
to select the Custom Championship tab
-Choose your Custom Championship. Feel free to change any settings you want, such as Match Type and Randomize Superstar.
-Press
to Accept
-Press to Finalize Matchups
-Press six times to Simulate each of the matches on the ladder except for the final match!
-Press
on the final match.
-Move the controller icon to the Superstar you wish to play and press.
-Choose Start Match.
-Win the match and the Achievement is yours! If you don't win, you can just choose Retry and repeat the process of simulating the six matches leading up to the final match.

What is the point of this? You just choose any one on one match and make it a title match for the custom championship.

Hit for the filter, hit to change the category. Scroll to CHAMPIONSHIPS and select. Now hit to search. Pick a Championship Belt and download it. I would recommend the WWE UNIVERSAL, should be the first one on the list at present anyway just for some realism

Play, One on One, Extreme Rules
Chose two superstars doesn't matter who my setup was BROCK LESNAR vs HEATH SLATER. Now hit
to go to match options, scroll to TITLE MATCH and select then select your newly downloaded Championship Title and accept the changes and start the match.
Beat up SLATER or who ever your opponent is, with weapons, grapples, finishers, what ever makes you happy. When ready pin your opponent and 1, 2, 3...
Congrats on being 15G richer.

I recreated the TNA Impact championship myself:
A) because I was bored and B) it got me this achievement.
Then I made a match with my career wrestler and Simon Gotch and won the match for the championship.

Again you can either download a custom championship from the community creations or create one yourself. Once you’ve obtained one, create a one on one match, pick anyone you want, then press 
and make it a title match for that title. Go on to win the match to get this trophy.
