Start a 1v1 match, any arena, any match type, any wrestler.
Start the game, exit the ring to the right hand side. Most arenas will have a chair next to the commentary booth, pick that up, hit your opponent with the chair. You'll bag 15G and the match will end in a DQ.

Easy enough. Leave the ring in any match, and press 
in the centre of any of the ring aprons to grab a weapon. Proceed to attack your opponent with it to unlock this.
