This achievement is simply unlocked by doing a reversal that has a orange reversal button 
, it oten appear on bigger moves and finishers.
If you are having trouble unlocking this, tilt the odds in your favor. Use a character with a high overall (Lesnar, Cena, Reigns) and face of in an exhibition match vs someone low (Slater, Dalas, Axel). Just let them attack you until you can do the reversal.
To make it more easier, go to settings and put all reversal types on max (sliders all the way to the right) to make reversal moves easier. Also turn off the reverse gauge so you have infinite reversals without waiting for the bar to refill.

A major reversal is reversing when there is an orange circle around the 
prompt. They’ll be preceded by an prompt with a green circle around it, if you skip this, the orange one will come up afterwards; if you try to reverse the green prompt but miss you won’t be able to reverse it at all. If you wish, you can change the game balancing in your favour to make reversals easier in the settings.
