Needs to be done in PLAY mode.
Choose a standard two on two tag team match, the superstars you use don't matter.
Once the match starts just let your opponent beat on you, don't attack back just make sure to kick out of any potential pin or submission attempts.
Eventually your character will start crawling towards your partner and you will have the option to press
for the hot tag.
As soon as you hit the hot tag the achievement will pop.
