Not so far into Career Mode, you can unlock this achievement while still on NXT. After playing only a few weeks, the game will eventually introduce you to side quests. To activate a side quest, you must be backstage and talk to another superstar like Kassius Ohno, Bobby Roode, or Asuka. Talking to them will activate their side quest, which should be a simple task, like running in on someone in a match. You can only have one side quest on at a time, and when you have completed it, you will also be 5% done with Locker Room Leader.
