You do not actually have to win the Royal Rumble match (thankfully). Sim to January by going to the calendar in Universe Mode and using 
to scroll. Once you are there, select the Royal Rumble and start the show. Sim (
) the Royal Rumble match and note who wins. In my case, Seth Rollins won the Rumble.
Now sim to March and select Wrestlemania. Again, sim the matches up till the title match. Now, this time, you will select your Rumble winner. Defeat the champion and the achievement is yours
