You must first qualify for the PPV event (coincide with real life PPV event times) which is to achieve 20 stars which you gain by putting on good matches.
Once you've qualified you have to complete 3 of the 5 challenges.
Once you have completed the challenges you are able to compete in the "main event" which is a PPV themed match against the computer.
Win the match and you get the achievement.
