I would recommend picking a superstar such as Braun Strowman or Big Show, and make sure your opponent is a cruiserweight such as Kalisto. The method I found for this is to Irish whip your opponent into the corner, lift them up, and strike them with the 
button. The aim is for your opponent to reverse your strike attack, as when they do, they will use a diving attack.
Once your opponent attempts a diving attack, you must reverse the diving attack with RT, which will result in you catching them. Press
once they are caught to net yourself this achievement.

Worked perfectly first time. I just unlocked this. Used the wrestlers ad described in the video and got the achievement after the third Irish whip.
I noticed I had my sliders changed to allow no AI reversals so make sure you default the settings before attempting this or the AI won't be able to reverse.

He will reverse everything apart from when I put him on the top rope, so annoying
