How to unlock the Control freak achievement in WWE 2K18 - Definitive Guide
To get this quickly, go into your WWE Universe Calendar, and choose a day that has no show. Create a minor show, and choose any other show to host this minor show.
Minor shows have 2-3 matches in them, so it's quicker than playing RAW, SmackDown, PPVs or etc.
Play every match on your newly created minor show, and achievement.
NOTE: These matches don't even need to be won. To speed up the process even more, you could just get yourself DQ'd in all matches and still get the achievement.

I can confirm getting yourself disqualified works. And for fun, you can even keep beating up your opponent.

In case you think it should unlock, when it doesn't, it seems like the achievement may also miscount or get laggy or something.
I created two minor shows (sort've a "training" thing, one was NXT & Raw on Thursday and the other was NXT & Smackdown on Friday), both with three matches and no promos.
For the NXT/Raw one, I edited the matches to make them more interesting. Played all three of them normally, and didn't get the achievement. Then, I started the NXT/Smackdown show without editing it, did the DQ thing, and got the achievement after my first match.
Not sure about all the details of what caused it to not work the first time, but my suggestion is to just play the first match of the following show if it doesn't pop for you.
