Receive 3 rollout buffs during a Royal Rumble match. (PLAY mode against A.I.)
Go to play doesn't matter if you pick 10,20,30
I picked Big Show but can be done with any then just start number 1 or 2 then mess around until a 3rd player enters.
Then just punch until someone does moves on you until you roll to rope, let the bar fill up to white and you start to stand when 3/4 white bars fill you get buff. I managed to get 1 buff before someone enters the ring, then just eliminate one and repeat. I found this easier in triple threat as they just leave you to get buff. Repeat 3 times and that's the achievement is yours doing it this way I was done by time 3rd person had enterd.
If you get eliminated your buff count carries over so don't worry. But you cannot early recover.
As soon as you get to white bars the option for early recovery goes away so if you don't get hit hit it won't be interrupted.

Good solution, and if struggling you can go into match options and edit the entrance interval to the maximum of 180 between entrants which allows even more time to do this.

Thanks for the solution, worked for me. I kept getting to 2 and running out of time. The comment about changing the intervals to 180 also very helpful, I got it by about the 6th entrant.

Here is a short video guide showing how to get a rollout buff easy in the Royal Rumble match. Do this three times to unlock the achievement.
Basically:
1) Enter the 30 man Royal Rumble as entry #1.
2) Stand by the ropes or the corner and take damage.
3) Once you are dropped, you will roll to the apron or sit in the corner
4) Allow the rollout buff bar to fill.
5) Rinse and repeat 2 more times to UNLOCK the achievement.
NOTES:
The bar has to fill ALL THE WAY from red to white, so this can be annoying.
Your progress DOES carry over. So if you get one full rollout buff on one superstar then that superstar is eliminated, just take over another superstar and continue.
