Pretty straight forward achievement, just win a match using Adam Cole (Bay Bay! 
). A really easy way to do this is to set up a One on One match and go to the Custom Match Options. Turn off the Pin or Submission option, turn on the Finisher Match option, and turn the starting amount of Finishers to 3. Once the match starts, walk up to opponent and press Y and hit Cole's Last Shot finisher.
