First, scroll over to Game Balancing and press so you can set the A.I. reversal rates (especially the finisher one) to 0. Next, go to Play Now mode and choose Hell in a Cell. Now, press and select Custom Match Rules. Press twice so you can set your finishers (match start) to 3. Your opponent will also start with 3.

Next, choose a wrestler with the Escape Artist skill (I used John Cena) and then an opponent (I fought Bobby Fish).

Now, you need to exit the cell. Toss your opponent out of the ring. The easiest way to do this is +. Now, toss him into the right side of the cell. With him in position, hold and press .

This will unlock:

Now pick him up and hit to get him out of your way. Press to climb the cell (on the outside). Your opponent may try to fight you off. Just knock him down. When you stop, press to climb the rest of the way.

Next, stand in the middle of the ceiling and press once or twice to do your finisher.
