How to unlock the Imposter achievement in WWE 2K19 - Definitive Guide
There are actually two ways that you can unlock this achievement. Both of these ways has to be done in 'Play' matches against the AI,
The first way would be to use the 'Move Thief' Payback ability during a match. Have your superstar get beat up until both Payback meters are full, press RB + LB to use the Payback, steal the opponent's finisher, and win the match.
The second way you could unlock this achievement (and how I unlocked it, by accident) is by winning a match with a superstar that has a finishing move that happens to be the exact same finisher as your opponent. For example, I used a created female superstar that has the Dis-Arm-Her as a finisher, I then had a match against Becky Lynch (who uses the Dis-Arm-Her as her finisher), won the match with the move, and unlocked the achievement.
If there are any issues with this solution, please let me know and I'll edit this solution.
EDIT: Even easier way: Just play as Finn Balor against Demon Finn Balor. Both have the same finishers, so it should unlock. Credit to dilemmaemma15 for bringing this to my attention.

Yeah, I have a CAW that does Sister Abigail. I put him against Bray Wyatt, did the move (no move thief), and won. I still got the achievement.

You can also just use FINN Balor demon vs regular Finn balor

Easy, just equip the "Move Thief" Payback and earn a finisher. Once the Payback is charged just hold RB and press LB, then Y to perform the finisher.
