Block body is an option under attire when you are creating your guy. Copy your attire onto one of the other options (entrance et al) and insure block is the first option so it will be in ring gear.

Another way is to go into Community Creations, then select Downloads. After that, press X to adjust the search parameters, and make sure Block Body is the only option selected before pressing X again to search.
Once you've done that, you can select and download whichever you want. Then, just play a match as that character against an A.I. making sure to win.
