GAMPLAY BASICS:
(NOTE: Everything in this category must be done while playing matches in Play Now mode.)
Pinfalls: Knock your opponent down, then tap to try to pin him.
Submissions: Knock your opponent and hold to try to get him to submit (must be on his back or stomach).
Alternate Submission: First, go to options and change the Submission mini-game to the button mash one. Then go to play now, start a one on one match, knock your opponent down and hold to try to get him to tap out (must be on his back or stomach).
Reversals: Press when your opponent is about to hit you.
Chain Wrestling: Collar and Elbow: Can only happen early in the match. Sometimes when you go for a standing grapple, you'll end up in this minigame.
Chain Wrestling: Back and Forth: Once you've initiated the Chain Wrestling minigame, press any of the buttons that appear on the screen.
Working Holds: Knock your opponent down, then flick and, while behind the opponent, hold to initiate the hold.
Targeting: With multiple opponents, press to target someone else.
Taunts: Press or (I had to do both) to perform a taunt.
Rollout: Get knocked down with three or more superstars in the ring.
Ladder Mini-Game: Start a Ladder Match, then beat up your opponent for a couple minutes. Then, grab a ladder and place it in the middle of the ring. Now, stand press where you're able to climb it, and then hit to grab the belt/briefcase.
Ladder Push Mini-Game: Start a Ladder Match, then let your opponent beat you up for a couple minutes. A ladder will need to be placed in the middle of the ring, then let your opponent climb it. Now, stand by the side of the ladder, and press .
Table Match: Pick up a table and press to hit your opponent with it.
Moving to the Arena: Start a match with no count out, then move to the back stage area. Move back toward the curtain to enter the arena to unlock it.
Moving to the Backstage: Start a match with no count out, then attempt to go to the backstage area to unlock it.
Eliminations: Start a Royal Rumble. Then stun your opponent on the ropes, apron, or corner and press .
Carry: During a match, hold and hit .
Hot Tag: While tired or after your opponent beats you up enough, move toward your partner and press when you get the button prompt. (CREDIT: furkokiller jr)
Dragging: Press to grapple, followed by .
Equipment Box Movement: While in the parking lot part of the backstage area, walk over to the equipment box by the semi, and press (toward the equipment box), and together.
Climbing the Cage: During a cage match, move toward the ropes and press Press a second time to initiate the minigame.
Calling for the Door: During a cage match, make sure your opponent is worn down enough, then move to the door (bottom left part of the cage) and press .
Escape: During a cage match, make sure your opponent is worn down enough, then move to the door (bottom left part of the cage) and press . Now, wait for your opponent to get up, then hold and press .
Breakout Finisher OMG: During a cage match, get two finishers (only works with the Breakout Finisher OMG skill equipped).
Ringside Combat: During a Hell in the Cell match, move toward the ropes and press .
Breaking the Cell Wall: During a Hell in the Cell match, get a finisher (can set up the match to start with up to three finishers) fight at the bottom part of ringside and knock your opponent into the right part of the cell. Now, hold and press . (Escape Artist skill required.)

If you did this in single player, it will also unlock:

Cell Combat: During Hell in a Cell after you break the cell wall, knock your opponent out of the way and then move toward it on the outside, pressing .
Breaking the top of Cell: During a Hell in a Cell match, once you're on the cell wall, press and to get to the top of the cell, then wait for your opponent. Now do a few slams (finishers work the best) in the center until it breaks.

If you did this in single player, it will also unlock:

Payback: During a match in Play Now, allow yourself to get beaten up until this unlocks.
Resiliancy: With this equipped, get beaten up until it unlocks. You don't need the minor Payback (yellow) equipped.
Instant Recovery: With this Payback equipped, get beaten up until it unlocks.
Possum: With this Payback equipped, get beaten up until it unlocks.
Auto-Reversal: With this Payback equipped, during a match get beaten up until this unlocks.
Dirty Moves: With a dirty Payback (Low Blow, Poison Mist, Power of the Punch, etc...) equipped, get beaten up until it unlocks. You don't need the minor Payback (yellow) equipped.

MyPLAYER:
Towers Overview: Go to MyPlayer mode and scroll to MyPlayer Towers. Then press to view the tutorial.
Factions: Scroll over to Road to Glory, then select Factions. Now press to view the tutorial.
Challenges: Go to MyPlayer mode, scroll over to MyStats, select Challenges, and press .
MyStats: Go to MyPlayer mode, scroll over to MyStats, select X Level, and press .
Loot Pack Store: Go to MyPlayer mode, press to go to the Loot Pack Store, and then press .
Purchase Tokens: Go to MyPlayer mode, press to go to the Loot Pack Store, press to go to purchase tokens, and finally press .
MyCareer Hub: Go to MyPlayer mode and start your career. After you watch a few scenes, this should unlock.
MyCareer Settings: Go to MyPlayer mode and start your career. After you watch a few scenes, press .
MyPlayer Tree: Go to MyPlayer mode and start your career. After you watch a few scenes, press . Now, select MyPlayer Tree and press .

WWE UNIVERSE:
Superstar Profile: Go to WWE Universe and select MyUniverse, then Superstars. Pres to edit a wrestler, then and this should unlock.
Automatic Rivalries: Go to WWE Universe, then MyUniverse, followed by Options. Now, press on Automatic Rivalries.
Men's Royal Rumble Winners Rivalry: Go to WWE Universe, then MyUniverse, followed by Options. Now, press on Men's Royal Rumble Winners Rivalry.
Undertaker's Wrestlemania Rivalry: Go to WWE Universe, then MyUniverse, followed by Options. Now, press on Undertaker's Wrestlemania Rivalry.
Survivor Series Rivalry: Go to WWE Universe, then MyUniverse, followed by Options. Now, press on Survivor Series Rivalry.
Tag Team Breakups/Formations: Go to WWE Universe, then MyUniverse, followed by Options. Now, press on Tag Team Breakups/Formations.
Crowd Reaction Changing: Go to WWE Universe, then MyUniverse, followed by Options. Now, press on Crowd Reaction Changing.
Injury Go to WWE Universe, then MyUniverse, followed by Options. Now, press on Injury.
Women's Royal Rumble Winners Rivalry: Go to WWE Universe, then MyUniverse, followed by Options. Now, press on Women's Royal Rumble Winners Rivalry.

Face Customize: Select Face, then Face Customize.
Body Customize: Select Body.
Face Photo: Select Face, then Face Photo.
Face Deformation: Select Face, then Face Deformation.
Hair Dye: Go to Creations, then Superstar, then New Custom Superstar.
Material: Go to Creations, then Superstar, then New Custom Superstar.
Alternate Attire: Go to Creations, then Superstar, then New Custom Superstar.
Attire Slot: Select Attire.
Import Attire & Set as Default Attire: Select Attire, then press on an attire slot.
Remove Teeth: Go to Face, then Face Customize. Choose any teeth you want, then press .
Body Type: Select Body, then Body Customize.
Hair Shave Designs: Go to Attire,, then appearance, followed by Hair & Facial Parts. Now, choose hair and pick a hair part that doesn't cover the entire scalp. Finally, pick Hair Shave Designs.
Face Paint & Face Tattoo: Under Attire, select Appearance, then Hair & Facial Parts, and then Face Pain or Face Tattoo.
Movable Scars: Under Attire, select Appearance, then Hair & Facial Parts, and then Movable Scars.
Cylindrical Design: Under Attire, select Upper Body, and then any Tattoo slot. Choose Images, then anything you want. (I recommend just an in game one to skip a step if you just want this achievement.) Press to add it to your archive.
Menu Screen Pose: Select Menu Screen Pose.
Camera Options: Press .
Stitch: Under Attire, select Clothing and choose any clothing item you want, then select Stitch.
Random: Press .
Image Sharing: Under Attire, select Clothing and choose any clothing item you want, then select Images.
Import Parts: Under Attire, select Import Parts.
Copy Parts: Select Attire, then the attire, and then Copy Attire.
Block Body: Under Attire, select Block Body.
Custom Block Body: Under Attire, select Block Body,, Yes, and then Block Body in the Sub-Menu.

CUSTOM ARENA (Go to Custom Arena):
Custom Arena: Go to Creations and select Custom Arena, followed by New.
Stage Construction: Select Stage, then Stage Construction.
Stage Props: Select Stage, then Stage Construction. Next, select Stage Props.
Stage Display: Select Stage, then Stage Display.
Movie Display: Select Stage, then Movie Display.
Foreign Object Template: Select Base Settings, then Foreign Object Template
Light for Construction: Select Stage, then Stage for Construction.
Visual Condition: Select Other, then Visual Condition.
Crowd Chairs: Select Other, then Crowd Chairs.

CUSTOM MOVE-SET / ENTRANCE / CHAMPIONSHIP / SHOW:
Custom Move-Set: Go to Creations, then select Custom Move-Set.
Weight Detection: Go to Creations and select Custom Move-Set. Now, select any wrestler you want, then select Weight Detection.
Carry: While editing a wrestler's Move-Set, select Standing Grapples.
Instant Recovery: While editing a wrestler's Move-Set, select Special Moves.
Creation Type: Go to Creations, then Entrance, followed by Superstar.
Cast Change: Go to Creations, then Entrance, followed by Team. Choose anyone, then select Cast Change.
Custom/WWE Championships: Go to Creations, then Championship, followed by Custom (or WWE if you prefer).
Custom Show: Go to Creations, then Show, followed by New.
Show Music: While creating a show, select Show Music.

CUSTOM VIDEO / VICTORY / MITB / MATCH / IMAGE
Custom Video: Go to Creations, then Video, and select New.
Access to Encoded Data: First, start a match (make sure entrances are turned on). Then press and select save cutscenes. Now encode it. Then, go to MyCareer and press to bring up the phone. Select video, then press , followed by . Now press , select Alpha Mask, and press again. Turn off what you don't want, press name your video, and press one final time. (CREDIT: W2K ELI SHEN M)
Victory Scene Type/Crowd Reaction: Scroll over to Creations, then select Victory.
Custom MITB: Go to Creations, then MITB, and Select New.
MITB Information: While creating your MITB, select MITB Information.
Custom Match Rules: Go to Creations, then Custom Match Rules and select New.
Group Images: While creating anything (other than a custom match type), go to where you can group images and select that.

WWE Community Creations / WWE Online:
Downloads: Go to Community Creations and select Downloads.
Uploads: Go to Community Creations and select Uploads.
My Images: Go to Community Creations and select Image Manager.
Image Types: While inside Image Manager, go to Incoming and pess .
Hashtag: While you're inside Uploads, upload any creation you want in any category you want. Press to change categories. When you find what you want to upload, select Go to Upload Menu.
Match Options: Private: Go to Online and select Private.
Match Options: Team Up: Go to Online and select Team Up.
Quick Play: Go to Online and select Quick Play.

OPTIONS / MY WWE / SHOWCASE
Set Run-In: Go to Options and select Gameplay.
Deletion Utility: Go to Options and select Deletion Utility.
Image: While in Deletion Utility, press a few times to get to Custom Image.
Set Main Manager: Go to My WWE, pick anyone, and select Main Manager.
MITB Management: Go to My WWE and select MITB Management.
Showcase Objectives Checklist: Start a match in Showcase mode, pause, and go to Objectives Checklist.
