You don't actually need to do anything for this achievement.
Go to Creations -> Arena -> new and once it has loaded, simply press
to save it and the achievement should pop. You can just back out to the menu when you get to the show part.
If you actually want to create your own arena, do that before saving.

Go to creations then arena. Press new then press the options button to save an arena and the trophy is yours.
