This is a pretty easy achievement to get. Just let the A.I. beat you down until your Instant Recovery meter fills up. Then while you're down, press 
+ 
to activate Instant Recovery, and the achievement should pop.

As the description states you must do this in play now mode. You can use anyone for this trophy but I suggest The Rock as he has Instant Recovery by default. Simply start the match and do nothing, let your opponent damage you until your first payback meter (yellow) is full. Once it is full it will begin to flash. Once it is flashing let your opponent knock you to the ground, quickly press

to use Instant Recover.
