Similar to all of the other Payback achievements, all you need to do is head over to the PLAY mode, select ONE ON ONE, select a match, select a wrestler (who has a standing finisher EX: Adam Cole) , hit EDIT PAYBACK and make sure they have the red major BLACKOUT payback equipped. Now load up the match and beat up the A.I. till you get your finisher. Next, let the A.I. beat you up till the paybacks meter fills up. Once it is fully charged, simply press 
+ 
while you and the A.I. are standing in the ring, then press 
+ 
to hit your finisher and the achievement should pop.

Just an extra tip, make sure you select to use a Finisher and not your Signature. You can switch between the two by pressing down on the D-Pad, you'll see an (S) and an (F) located on your wrestler's meter which represents each move type.

Start a one on one match in play now mode using someone such as The Undertaker who has blackout by default. Earn a finisher then let your opponent damage until your earn your 2nd payback then press :r2:+:triangle: to activate the payback which will make the lights go out and you will be behind your opponent. Now press
