*The arena "MOVIE SET" needs to be unlocked. It unlocks after the completion of chapter 11 in MyCAREER* (I had it unlocked from The Accelerator in the store)
From the Main Menu, Press "PLAY" and "ONE ON ONE"
Select "BRAWLS" and pick whoever you want.
Go to "SELECT ARENA" and pick "MOVIE SET"
The Tripod is in the BACK of this map leaning against the concrete blockade.
Just pick it up and smack your opponent.

For anyone having issues with this achievement or others, here's what I did to finally get this to unlock 4 months later.
1. Delete all of your game saves. You have to go into "Manage Game & Add Ons" for 2k20 and go down to "Saved data." DO NOT choose "Delete All" as that only addresses local saves. Instead, toggle down to the save that shows your gamertag and your profile picture. Press A and a new window will appear asking you what you would like to do. There are three options: Delete from console, Delete everywhere, and Cancel. Choose "Delete everywhere" as this will also delete your cloud saves. You'll know that you've done this correctly if you load up the game and it doesn't sync.
2. Play through MyCareer again. You can set the difficulty to "Easy" and turn off entrances to help speed up your playthrough. DO NOT change anything (appearance/attire, moves, entrances, attributes, or skills) about your created wrestlers.
3. When you get to Chapter 11 in MyCareer, DO NOT interact with the tripod weapon in any capacity. There are two or three matches where it's available as a weapon; just ignore it. I also made sure to keep my opponents away from it too so that they wouldn't pick it up. After completing Chapter 11, the tripod should unlock and be available as a weapon for use across all game modes.
4. Quit MyCareer and go into PLAY. I chose a normal 1v1 match and selected two wrestlers. I then went to "Match Settings" which I believe is accessible by pressing Y. I disabled DQs and then made sure to select the tripod as one of the available weapons under the ring. I then loaded up the match, grabbed the tripod from under the ring, and hit my opponent with it. The achievement unlocked.

How do u unlock this arena without the accelerator?

Set up a movie set brawl go to the left side of the set the tripod will be leaning against a concrete barrier hit your opponent with the tripod and done

To unlock the Tripod Foreign object you must first complete chapter 11 in MyCareer mode. Once you unlock it, start a no holds barred or extreme rules match, go to match options with :triangle:, under the fourth match rules step select Tripod which can be found with the kendo sticks. Once the match starts exit the ring with 
and then go to the middle of the apron to go under the ring and it will be one of your options on the weapon wheel. Press 
and to select it then hit your opponent with it using
