How to unlock the The Best achievement in WWE 2K20 - Definitive Guide

This achievement is part of story mode and can't be missed. Recommended on easy mode so you don't replay many matches.
If you find yourself losing a match or fall asleep (walk away) at the cutscenes and find yourself in a match, you can just restart the match from the menu. MOST of the time this will not replay any cut scenes. Some matches like the Royal Rumble the cutscenes replay.
I am not going to spoil or ruin the story other than this: It is long with many cut scenes that can't be stopped. For knowing how the story ends, really, this whole story made little sense at best.
The cut scenes are longer than the matches themselves, and often I put the controller down and came back to it to find I was in a match. Some matches, if you do this, have a long intro cut scene.
To make this a little faster, don't be taken in by all the side matches. When given an option of going to a match or skipping it, skip it. It won't add to or take away from the story.
The good news is the whole "MyPlayer" is easy and it pretty much walks you through how to finish it. The bad news is it will take a long time and have you asking yourself what you really gained for finishing this.
A couple of spoiler hints from my challenges:
- Spotlight match with Velveteen Dream: You just have to beat the snot out of him until your payback meter fills, then you can steal his finisher and win. A lot of griping online about this one.
- Royal rumble: Although watching Sin Cara crash is fun the first time or two, this cut scene replays if you fail or restart the match. The easiest way I found to win this is to clothesline someone over the top rope. Whip them into the ropes and on the rebound they will hang on the ropes. If you want to be in the ring with several others, the degree of difficulty gets a lot harder.

Finally the last chapter you have one last match at Wrestlemania, it is a mixed tag match against Cyborg Samoa Joe and Brooklyn Von Braun using Tre, in this match all you need to do is get Samoa Joe to red health. This is the only objective for this one then a cutscene will play out the ending of this match and the story.
