You don't have to play 5 weeks or put the curation menu appearance down to every week in order to get this achievement.
Third option down in the options menu is curation menu, click that and it gives you the option straight away. Simply rinse and repeat 5 times. Achievement will pop in like 30 seconds

Change the curation menu to every week as opposed to every 4 weeks, then just keep requesting a title match, a custom match and changing shows.
Didnt even need to play 5 matches, done it all on the same show and the achievement popped.

Simple way to do this is start universe and select superstar role. Pick any wrestler. I used Randy Orton. Go to options and change the curations from 4 weeks to every week. This will make you play 5 matches. I am not sure if you have to pick 5 different scenarios but I’m pretty sure I just kept switching shows and requested a title match.
