In Myrise go to NXT and complete Challenges. Try do a fair few before attempting the title match if you aren't great at the game. Mine was against Fin Balor and I only had 5 minutes on the clock to beat him. Once you get an ok wrestler overall you will be able to start the title storyline by talking to William Regal in the GM office.

You will have to first beat another wrestler in 5 minutes to "prove" to William you can win matches in under 5 minutes. Then you will get the option to do a favor for Samoa Joe which won't help you much (spoiler) if you do so I would avoid it. After that you will be in the title fight so as long as you are winning matches you shouldn't have an issue with this. Fin kicked out after my Sig/Finsher combo but one more Signature move and it was done. If fin is on the ground and you want him to get back up quicker press up on the Dpad. This taunt will get the AI to stand up.

Once you win within 5 minutes, the achievement will pop and a cut scene will play
